Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to explore Auckland and attend events like concerts. The shower provided hot water, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.

Felt well taken care of during our stay, with no complaints.

It was close to Newmarket although it was expensive for a motel room but inflated for rwc, Bathroom was very upmarket as were the kitchen facilities. Staff very friendly and lovely welcome note and chocolates on table. Room was upgraded from what paid for. Lovely breakfast basket.

No tv in the bedroom.

Staff was helpful and we liked our stay. A kitchen was included. It's literally within short walking distance to Mt st John Domain...

Can’t fault anything about it.

Easy to find and very central. Free breakfast. Bed and shower were comfortable. Friendly staff. Towels replaced. Good TV reception. Hot water pressure and temperature were good. Spacious room with necessary amenities.

The owner is a korean and he is ok,he has only been there four mths and is trying to up grade the units But is being delt to in my opinion by some very average "trades" people . to the gentlemans credit he refunded our money without any hassle for that we thank him. We stayed just the one night

The uncleanliness of the unit we were given the uncleanliness of the grounds the fact that it was supposed to be smoke free unit and it stunk of smoke

The motel had a great location, close to shops and cafes. The area was quiet and surrounded by a large tree, which added to its charm. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities.

The cleanliness of the rooms and showers could be improved.

The Siesta motel staff were polite and helpful. They are obviously in the process or renovating some of their motel units and when needed to cut water supply to the units were considerate enough to ring my room to advise me which gave me time to fill the kettle etc. The unit was excellent value for money, so convenient to all transport, shops and restaurants. The room was quiet and well set out. It will be improved when they have completed their renovations as although scrupuously clean and well stocked with basic necessities, the paintwork needed an upgrade. The towels supplied were large & good quality and replaced during my stay. The bed comfortable with spotless linen.

Hosts VERY obliging.Allowed us to leave our car there after checkout while we walked to shop on Broadway till mid afternoon. Easy to find once off motorway and very easy to access motorway to get to airport.Will stay again.

Nothing Value for what we paid for.

Great place to stay for the New Year celebration. the room had a fridge and cooking facilities, which made it easy to prepare snacks and cocktails. the central location made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. Plus there were several transportation options to explore the city.

The bathroom was a little small, and the Wi-Fi was intermittent, making it difficult to stay connected. the room needed airing out from an automated perfume dispenser, which made it smell a little strange at first.

Good facilities and location. Rooms were tidy and clean.

Huge gap between door and frame let the road noise in. Fridge was noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, shops, cafes, and Mt Smart stadium. The hotel provides easy access to a big supermarket, making it convenient for guests. The staff at the hotel are friendly and provide good service. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the beds and TV, were satisfactory.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
